A Publican is provided with the opportunity to create their own job experience. We create an atmosphere that empowers you to utilize your skills, make decisions and get involved — allowing you to make your experience with us as rewarding as you want it to be.
Many Prime Pubs offer a comprehensive benefit plan for you and your dependents that include extended health, dental, life insurance and other benefits. If you voluntarily participate in the plan, you need to work at least 20 hours per week and complete the required waiting period to enrol. There are no medical exams or health questionnaires as long as you enrol within the official enrolment period.
